If you want to return an item, please register your returnhere

We will then send a return label or QR code to the email address used when ordering.

Return shipping costs5.99 €, which will be deducted from the refund.

Once we have received and approved the return, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Exchange of goods

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different color, length or product, return the item you do not want to keep and then place a new order in the online store.

This is the fastest way to ensure that the new product is in stock and can be shipped immediately.

Return policy

In order for a return to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

• The product should be unused.
• The original packaging must be returned with the product.
• The seal (the bands around the hair) must not be broken.
• The product must not have been exposed to smoke or other influences that make it unsellable.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products where the seal has been broken or where the product has been used.

If the return does not meet the above conditions, the product will be sent back to you.

Free products

If your order included a free product, this must also be returned if the conditions of the campaign are no longer met.

If the free product is not returned, its regular value and any shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Refund

Once we have received and approved the return, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.

The refund will be made as soon as possible and at the latest within the time limit set by consumer law.
